| To start the process of Virtual Office managing your corporate account products that you purchase through us, please do the following steps:
1. Create a corporate account (Manager account)
2. Manager creates employee accounts
3. An email will be sent to the manager and employee with the login information
4. An employee will login in the my account / login section
5. The employee will shop for products and purchase the products online with a credit card or a Purchase Order.
6. An email will be sent to the manager requesting approval of the purchase with a link to the site.
7. Manager will login and go into the Order History / Tracking section and approve or decline the purchase.
8. If the order is approved the product will process to the shipping
All purchases will be held in order history / tracking section for the manager to track.
